Mohammad Shah Alam Habiganj: College student Abul Bashar Rasel is dreaming of success by setting up a poultry farm in Poil area of Habiganj Sadar Upazila. Of course, he has succeeded in keeping quail birds before. Inspired from there, he has set up a poultry farm this time.
Russell is the son of Abdul Malek Makhan of Poil area. He studied at Habiganj Vrindavan Government College.
According to Rasel, he set up a quail farm in his home in 2016. He got a lot of success in this. At this time his younger brother Mo Rahi assisted him. Rahio studied in 8th class. After the success of keeping quail birds, this time he plans to expand the business. As such he now sets up a poultry farm.
Rasel added that he started the farm with 5,000 poultry in the first place in collaboration with a poultry company. He has given this farm on the 2nd floor of Poil Talukder Market. In addition to his education, he looks after the farm. Already sold an invoice to Polty. In one month he has earned about one lakh rupees from there.
Rasel claims that he has had good success with this farm as well as reading and writing. So he advised the students not to run after the job but to be entrepreneurial.
Abdul Mumin Chowdhury Saadi, an assistant teacher at Poil High School, said, “I advise Russell to set up a poultry farm in addition to his studies.” Now he has got good success from there. I want every student to work as an entrepreneur as well as study. It will be good for yourself as well as your famiy.
